Universal Energy, founded in 1994, is a Houston-based project management and services company, specializing in project management, commissioning and startup, plant operations and maintenance support, and consulting services. Our project support includes both domestic and international projects.
The UEI core management team is comprised of Project Managers, Commissioning and Startup Managers, and Operations Managers who have a long history of working on projects together and understand the critical elements involved for project success. Over successive years, UEI has maintained and strengthened its position in the power and energy industries as a premier project management and services company by maintaining our focus on core markets, core services and maintaining our core administrative and field management team. UEI continues to benefit from an excellent reputation with our clients and affiliates, and is a recognized industry leader for our quality work, experienced personnel, dependability and business ethics.
The scope of services provided by UEI are designed to facilitate project execution from the inception and development stages, through the Construction, Commissioning and Startup phase, and continuing onto extended Commercial Operations of the facility. Each UEI service is structured to be coordinated with any of the related phases of the process of development, design, construction, testing and operations of the project facility.
In addition to contract and turnkey services, UEI has developed a competitive business of utilizing its network of experienced plant managers, startup and commissioning managers, startup technicians, controls and instrumentation specialists, and plant operators to work for our clients under their site supervision on a manpower basis. Thus, the complete package of UEI services includes all of the necessary elements that are important for both the Owner/Operator and Construction/OEM groups for successful project planning and execution.
